RUSMP Director of Research and Evaluation Ngozi Kamau presented Equity in Education at the Fifth Annual Texas State Unity Conference for the National Council of Negro Women, Inc., in Houston on August 7, 2009.  Her presentation addressed the historical context of the racial/ethnic gap in academic opportunity and achievement in the United States. She spoke further about Equity in Education on the show, Self Determination, on Pacifica Radio – KPFT Houston 90.1 on Sunday September 6, 2009.
